The Beech Hurst Railway, started in 1951, is operated and maintained by the Sussex Miniature Locomotive Society, a completely voluntary organisation. Situated in Beech Hurst Park, Haywards Heath. Locomotive railway. Track days: Saturdays,Sundays and Bank holidays from June - September 2:00pm until 5:00pm. Also run on Wednesday during the summer holidays.

Uckfield Model railway club operates the Bentley miniature railway at Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum at Halland. Thomas" will be joined by all his usual Spa Valley friends "Percy", "Diesel", "Mavis", "Jinty" and of course "Sir Topham Hatt, The Fat Controller". "Thomas" will spend most of the day at Tunbridge Wells West to ensure he can meet everyone, but his friends will take it in turns to pull the special hourly trains to Groombridge. Special all inclusive tickets include reserved seats for a train ride, entrance to the special attractions at Tunbridge Wells and a chance to meet "Thomas".
The Spa Valley Railway runs from Tunbridge Wells West to Groombridge via High Rocks. It is situated on the borders between Kent and East Sussex in the South - East of England.
