Brighton and Hove Athletic Club is the oldest and largest athletic club in the area. They provide coaching and competition for Track and Field, Cross Country, Road Running and Marathon. The club trains at Withdean Sports Complex in Brighton anf details of training groups and times can be found on their website training page. They are affiliated to both the Sussex County AAA and South of England AA and compete in county, regional and national leagues and competitions.
Training groups in track, hurdles, middle distance, long distance, field (throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer), High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault, Cross country, Road and marathon. Junior Athletes from 9yrs+.
An information booklet is available upon request, we also welcome you at Withdean Stadium any Tuesday evening (our main club night) to watch members training and participate if you wish.

Events and activities include cross country running, track and field events and championships, road running, fun running, jogging, seniors and veterans training and coaching, young athlete's training, coaching and competition, and a range of social events. Young athletes are encouraged to enter a number of competitions including cross country leagues and championships, the young athletes track and field league and the Sussex under 13 league. The 9 11 year old group are introduced to various athletic skills and events and take part in a number of indoor and outdoor competitions.
